Why we are building RAZOOM.
The problem we want to solve.
A recommendation can sound convincing while leaving its assumptions hidden. The person making the decision still needs to know what supports it, what remains uncertain, and what would change the choice.
RAZOOM is built around that need. Our aim is to make the reasons behind a decision easier to examine and keep, so the people responsible can decide what to trust.
The principles we will judge it by.
Make uncertainty visible.
A useful conclusion states its limits. Missing evidence should lead to a clear measurement or test, and assumptions should be open to challenge.
Keep people accountable.
The person responsible retains the choice. Recommendations should be open to review. Frontier models require explicit operator authorization for each specific request.
Earn trust through evaluation.
We intend to test whether each added method improves the result, with cost and time reported alongside quality. If a step adds complexity without improving the outcome, it should be changed or removed.
