Terms of Service

Illustration: the terms establish that the website is information rather than an offer, that early access carries no guarantee, that problems you submit help us design and test RAZOOM, and that product terms will follow at launch.

1. Scope

These terms cover your use of the razoom.ai website and the RAZOOM early access list. Separate terms will apply to the RAZOOM product when it becomes available.

2. Who operates the website

3. Product status

RAZOOM is not generally available. This website describes planned functionality, which may change or may not be released. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and planned prices are indicative only.

4. Early access

Joining the early access list does not guarantee access to RAZOOM, to any preview, or to any particular plan or price. We may contact you about early access, previews and the launch. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time.

5. What you send us

If you describe a problem in the form, you allow us to use that description to design, test and evaluate RAZOOM, including as an anonymized benchmark task. We will not publish it in a way that identifies you or your organization without asking first.

Do not send confidential information or information you are not permitted to share. The early access form is not a channel for confidential material.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no automated submissions, attempts to bypass spam protection, interference with its operation, or submission of unlawful content.

7. Intellectual property

The RAZOOM name, logo, website content and design belong to Optimall Solutions Ltd. You may link to the website and quote it with attribution, but not reuse the brand assets without permission.

8. No warranty

The website and the conceptual material on it are provided “as is”, for information only. Conceptual Case studies and examples are illustrations, not advice, and should not be relied on for decisions.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

Anything not covered by these terms is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law.
