Cookie Policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

Illustration: what razoom.ai stores in your browser, by category. Strictly necessary storage is always on, analytics storage is set only with your consent, and marketing cookies are not used. You can accept all, choose in Settings, and change your choice at any time; it is kept in your browser.

1. What cookies are

A “cookie” is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise you on a return visit. Related technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage; this policy covers them too.

This policy explains what razoom.ai stores in your browser. How we handle personal data in general is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Cookie categories

Strictly necessary (no consent required)

These are required for the website to work and cannot be turned off. They remember your cookie choice, protect the early access form from automated spam and protect the website from malicious traffic.

Analytics (consent required)

They help us understand how the website is used — which pages are visited and which calls to action are used — and which campaign brought you, if you join the early access list. We use PostHog, Google Analytics and Statcounter for this; Google’s advertising features are switched off. Statcounter also records visits (session replay): mouse movement, clicks, taps and scrolling on the pages you open, so we can replay a visit and see where the website is hard to use. Anything you type into a form is masked and not recorded. They are set only after your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”.

Marketing (consent required)

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, they will be listed here and set only after your explicit consent.

Cookieless analytics

Even when you have not given consent, PostHog may receive anonymous usage events — for example, which page was opened or which button was used. Its identifier is then kept only in your browser’s memory and discarded when you leave the page, so nothing is stored on your device. PostHog’s session recording is disabled and your browser’s Do Not Track setting is respected. Google Analytics and Statcounter are not loaded at all until you accept Analytics.

3. Cookies in use

Strictly necessary:

  • razoom:consent (localStorage) — remembers your cookie choice. Lifetime: until you change it or clear your browser storage. Provider: RAZOOM.
  • __cf_bm, cf_clearance (cookies) — may be set by our network provider to filter malicious traffic and to remember that you passed a security check. Lifetime: 30 minutes by default. Provider: Cloudflare.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (browser data) — tells people from bots on the early access form; it runs on that page only. Lifetime: as needed for the check. Provider: Cloudflare.

Analytics (only with your consent):

  • ph_<project key>_posthog (cookie and localStorage) — an anonymous identifier that recognises a returning visitor in PostHog analytics. Lifetime: up to 1 year. Provider: PostHog.
  • _ga, _ga_<container-id> (cookies) — an anonymous identifier that recognises a returning visitor, and the state of the current visit, in Google Analytics. Lifetime: up to 2 years. Provider: Google.
  • sc_is_visitor_unique (cookie) — an anonymous identifier that tells a first visit from a returning one in Statcounter. Lifetime: up to 2 years. Provider: Statcounter.
  • sc_medium_source, statcounter_… (localStorage and sessionStorage) — how you reached the website (a search engine, social network or another website) and the state of the current visit, for Statcounter. Lifetime: until you clear your browser storage; the session entries until you close the tab. Provider: Statcounter.
  • Statcounter Session Replay (recording) — a replay of how you use the pages you open (mouse movement, clicks, taps and scrolling), with anything typed into forms masked; we can watch it in our Statcounter account. Lifetime: kept in our Statcounter account; its session data in your browser until you close the tab. Provider: Statcounter.
  • is_unique (cookie on statcounter.com) — may be set by Statcounter on its own domain to tell first-time from returning visitors. Lifetime: up to 5 years. Provider: Statcounter.
  • razoom:first-touch (sessionStorage) — the campaign parameters (utm_…) and referring website of your visit, sent with an early-access request. Lifetime: until you close the tab. Provider: RAZOOM.

We do not use marketing cookies.

4. Managing cookies

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page, or right here: . Withdrawing consent removes what analytics stored in your browser.

You can also delete and block cookies in your browser’s settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop parts of the website, such as the early access form, from working.

5. Legal basis

Strictly necessary storage is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and does not require consent. Analytics storage is used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), in conjunction with Art. 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Communications Act.

6. Changes to this policy

We update this policy whenever what the website stores changes. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
