Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible
This website and the RAZOOM early access list are operated by Optimall Solutions Ltd, registered in Bulgaria, company No. (UIC) 126744199, registered office: gr. Haskovo, zh.k. Badema, bl. 28, ent. V, fl. 8, ap. 57. It is the controller of your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].
2. What we collect
When you request early access, we collect what you enter in the form:
- your name and email address;
- your company (optional), role and primary interest;
- your answers about the problems you would use RAZOOM for, if you provide them;
- whether you would like to take part in early product testing;
- the time you gave consent.
With the submission we also record the page that referred you, campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source) and your browser’s user-agent string. We do not store your IP address with your record.
Please do not include confidential information, or personal information about other people, in your problem descriptions.
3. How we use it
- to contact you about early access, previews and the launch of RAZOOM;
- to send a confirmation email when you join the list;
- to understand which problems RAZOOM should be designed and tested for;
- to prevent spam and abuse of the form.
4. Legal basis
We process early-access data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
5. Analytics and cookies
We use PostHog to understand how the website is used — for example, which pages are visited and which calls to action are clicked. Until you accept Analytics in the cookie dialog, it keeps its identifiers in memory only, so nothing is stored on your device; with your consent it may store an identifier that recognises a returning visitor. It respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting, and its session recording is disabled.
We also use Google Analytics and Statcounter for the same purpose. They are loaded only after you accept Analytics; they then set cookies that recognise a returning visitor, and Statcounter also notes how you reached the website (for example, from a search engine). Google’s advertising features, ad personalisation and Google signals are switched off. If you withdraw consent, they stop and what they stored for this website is removed.
With your consent, Statcounter also records visits (session replay): mouse movement, clicks, taps and scrolling on the pages you open, which we can replay in our Statcounter account to see where the website is hard to use. Anything you type into a form — your name, email address or a problem you describe — is masked and not recorded.
What the website stores in your browser, and how to change your choice at any time, is described in the Cookie Policy.
The early access form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection for that purpose.
6. Service providers
The website and the early-access records are hosted on servers we operate. We rely on these providers to deliver the website and run the early access list:
- Cloudflare — DNS, secure delivery of the website, and spam protection (Turnstile);
- Resend — delivery of confirmation emails;
- PostHog — website analytics;
- Google — website analytics (Google Analytics), only with your consent;
- Statcounter — website analytics and visit recordings (session replay), only with your consent.
If we move hosting or storage to another provider, this list will be updated. Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Details of data locations and transfer safeguards will be added to this policy.
7. How long we keep it
We intend to keep early-access records until RAZOOM launches and for a limited period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. A specific retention period will be set before launch.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Sofia, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., cpdp.bg). To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as RAZOOM develops. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
